The 2nd Annual Command Training Series Alumni Training Forum and Reunion was held on July 25, 2007 on the campus of Roger Williams University, Bristol, RI. The Command Training Series is presented through the partnership between The New England Association of Chiefs of Police and The Justice System Training & Research Institute at Roger Williams University. Kevin Gilmartin, Ph.D., a behavorial scientist and former Tucson, AZ police administrator served as the keynote presenter. |
